These draft terms describe, in plain language, the basis on which Closehold is made available during early access. They will be superseded by a binding agreement before general availability.

Early access

Closehold is offered to early-access participants for evaluation. Features and availability may change as the product develops.

Acceptable use

Use Closehold only on data and systems you are authorized to protect, and in compliance with applicable law and your own organization's policies.

No warranty (draft)

During early access, Closehold is provided as is, without warranties. Closehold reduces the risk of sensitive data reaching AI systems; it is one layer of a defense-in-depth program, not a guarantee against every exposure.

Data handling

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy page. In short: detection runs locally and raw sensitive values are never stored.
