Pricing questions.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Team and Business start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and you can cancel anytime before it ends and pay nothing.

What's the launch discount?

List pricing is $49/device/mo for Team and $99/device/mo for Business. At launch we apply a 40% discount that's locked in for life for early adopters, so you pay roughly $29 (Team) and $59 (Business) per device, and that rate stays as long as your subscription is active. Annual billing is two months free on top.

What counts as a user?

A seat covers one device — a laptop, a desktop, a work machine. Most people need one; someone with a laptop and a desktop needs two. You set your seat count and can add or remove seats anytime (Business starts at 5 seats), and you can move a seat to a new machine when someone changes hardware.

Do you meter per prompt or per token?

Never. Every plan is a flat per-seat rate with no metering of any kind. Detection runs locally, and even protecting your own internal apps through the SDK and gateway (from Business) is included at the flat seat price, not per request or per token.

Can we self-host?

Yes, on Enterprise. The gateway is self-hostable and OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible, and the engine runs entirely in your environment.

Can we change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrade as you expand coverage across surfaces and teams; changes are prorated.
